    How can i track my order?

    When you place an order with Koenigsegg you will receive a confirmation email. Following that, you will receive a shipping confirmation, and that will contain the tracking number you need to follow your package. The shipping confirmation will come from UPS, our logistics partners.

    I didn’t recieve a confirmation email

    Please allow a couple of hours after placing an order for your confirmation to come through. If you’re concerned, contact us at gear@koenigsegg.com and we can give you an update

    Can i change my order after it’s placed?

    It is possible in some instances. Please contact gear@koenigsegg.com to see if the order has been processed. If not, we’re happy to help you change the order.

    How do I return an item?

    1. Please state the reason for the return on paper, and pack together with the item

    2. Pack the item, the return note, and the invoice in the original packaging

    3. Contact gear@koenigsegg.com to receive a return label

    4. Place the return label provided on the package

    5. Leave the package at your nearest UPS service point You will be refunded as soon as we have received your return
